Order and Shipment Confirmation

After you have placed your order and we have processed the payment, your order will be considered as “Accepted” and you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email. Please make sure that all information in this email are correct and if there are any mistakes or missing data, please contact us as soon as possible via email at sales@fratellikarida.com or call us at +302108084494.

In case you haven’t received the “Order Confirmation” email, please check your Junk/Spam E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If you still unable to locate the email, please contact Fratelli Karida Customer Support department { +302108084494 , sales@fratellikarida.com } .

Order Confirmation” does not guarantee that the products you have ordered are available. Your order represents an offer to purchase, and confirming the order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfill it. The order is completed successfully when you receive the “Shipping Confirmation” email.

Although we make every possible effort to fulfill all orders, in the unlikely event that a product is unavailable or that a factory defect has been detected on the product, we will contact you by phone or email the soonest possible to inform you. We will then reimburse you the full price of the unavailable product.

The “Order” and “Shipping” confirmations are not considered legal invoices and cannot be used as such. The final invoice will be included in your order packaging

Delivery Times & Costs

Fratellikarida.com carries out national shipments, through UPS courier service.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and the type of delivery. An estimated delivery date will be included in your "Shipping Confirmation" email, along with a unique Tracking Code for your ordered products, which enables online delivery state checking at www.ups.com. State of delivery can also be acquired by contacting us via email at sales@fratellikarida.com , providing your Full Name and Order Number.

Please note that checking, processing and dispatching orders usually takes up to 24 hours, and up to 48 hours during weekends, national holidays or sale periods.

Delivery in European Union Countries

EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

All deliveries in European Union countries are subjected to VAT taxation, which is already included in the purchase price.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Delivery in Countries outside the European Union

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subjected to import duties, local taxes and custom fees, and it is your responsibility to comply with import regulations and pay any applicable import fees. If so, UPS will contact you by phone, at the stated number on your order form, to inform you of any extra charges or delays.

Unfortunately at this point Fratellikarida.com does not accept returns from outside the European Union.

US Shipments: US Citizens and NON-US Citizens residing in the US are required to pay import fees and taxes to the US government Customs Agency for any imported goods. You will also be required to provide a Social Security Number (US citizens) or a CBP -Customs Border Protection- assigned number (Non US Citizens) during delivery. For further information, visit the US Customs Border Protection government site at www.cbp.gov

Shipments to Russia: Currently, shipping to the Russian Federation is under restrictions and is unavailable in most of the cases. If Fratelli Karida can not proceed with your order at your area, customer care will contact you for further information. For your better service, If you wish to order a product from Fratellikarida.com and you are a Russian resident, please select an alternative suitable shipping address outside the Russian Federation. Unfortunately at this point Fratellikarida.com does not accept returns from orders to Russia.
Please note that deliveries to the Russian Federation are subjected to import duties, local taxes and custom fees, and it is your responsibility to comply with import regulations and pay any applicable import fees. UPS will contact you by phone, at the stated number on your order form, to inform you of any extra charges or delays. From the Customs controls, you will also be required to provide your Passport ID number, your full name as seen on your passport and maybe other files.

Order Returns

All FratelliKarida.com orders have a unique Order Identification Number indicated in your “Order Confirmation”. In case you wish to return an order partially or in whole, please visit our Product Return webpage, where you will be prompted to enter your Order Number to start the return process.

Unfortunately at this point Fratellikarida.com does not accept returns from outside the European Union.

Order delivery failure

If your order can not be successfully delivered to the address stated, the package will be returned to Fratelli Karida at your expense. All return shipping costs, including custom fees that may occur upon reentry in Greece, will be deducted from possible future reimbursement

Product Prices / Availability

All displayed prices are related to the products that are available and at stock.

Fratelli Karida reserves the right to modify product prices at any time.

In any case, upon receipt of the product you have ordered, you are required to pay the price as stated in your “Order Confirmation” .

Various product offers are valid until stocks last. In case of a limited stock availability of a product in offer, FratelliKarida.com reserves the right to reasonably execute orders based on customer satisfaction and time of order placement priority.

Delivery Times & Costs

Fratellikarida.com carries out national shipments, through Speedex courier services, and free of shipping charges.

Delivery time is estimated to be within 1-2* business1 days, excluding Greek islands that may take up to 3* business1 days, from the moment you received the “Shipping Confirmation”.

With your “Shipping Confirmation” email, you will receive a unique Tracking Code for your ordered products, which enables online delivery state checking at the appropriate Courier service webpage. State of delivery can also be acquired by contacting our Customer Service department providing your Full Name and Order Number.

" The majority of our orders is delivered the following business1 day in non-remote areas and if shipment is possible on the day the order was placed. Order shipments are processed till 14:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and till 18:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. In case you wish to receive your order the following day, we recommend placing the order at the earliest time on the previous day. "

Pickup from Speedex Store

If so desired, you may directly pickup your order from your nearest Speedex’s customer center. To do so, please leave a comment “Pickup from the closest Speedex store” on the order form during checkout, after completing the rest of the necessary fields. On your orders arrival at Speedex’s customer service, you will be informed by phone for its reception.

Order delivery failure
