Returns and exchanges in the European Union

Right of withdrawal

Fratellikarida.com customers with orders delivered within the European Union, may apply for return or exchange of their order within fourteen (14) working days of receiving their items.

Unfortunately at this point Fratellikarida.com does not accept returns from outside the European Union.

Return and replace costs

All shipping costs for any returning products to fratelliakarida.com are covered by the customer.

In case you wish to exchange a returned product for a new one, new shipping costs are covered by fratellikarida.com

In case you received wrong or flawed product, FratelliKarida.com will cover all shipping costs for the initial and the returning product.

Please note that any import taxes or custom fees that may occur, are at the customers expense.

Products return and Refunding

In case a product of your order does not meet your expectation, you may return and exchange it for another product of your liking, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the original order.

All you have to do is follow the steps of the Return Process as mentioned below.

As soon as your order is returned to us, in good condition, the newly chosen product will be shipped back to you (based on stock availability) and the shipping costs will be covered by fratellikarida.com.

If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return it without replacing it, you may request an issuance of a personal credit note, which you can redeem at any time and for any product.

If you wish to return your order without replacing it or requesting a credit note, FratelliKarida.com will reimburse you the full value of the product including the shipping costs you were charged in the initial order (only in case of standard shipping).

In the case where express shipping was used, the extra cost is non-refundable.

The cost for using the “Easy return” service is 30 Euros / return and will be deducted from the refund

Any import tax or custom fees paid by fratellikarida.com when receiving the returned product(s) will be also deducted from the refund.

The reimbursement will take place after your order is returned to us and its condition been checked, followed by a reimbursement confirmation email.

This process can only take place during business days.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase:

  • Credit Card refund times: Up to 7 business days, from the day you received the refund confirmation e-mail, depending on your credit card company’s refund process.

  • PayPal Refund times: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours after receiving the refund confirmation mail.

Please follow the instructions listed below and if all information are correct, the return process will commence the soonest possible.

1st Step : Filling the Returning Form

You must notify FratelliKarida.com customer care in writing of your wish to return an order, any time up until fourteen (14) working days from the day you received your order.
For our convenience, please fill the Returning Form or send an email to sales@fratellikarida.com, with

  • your order number,
  • the product ID(s) of the products you wish to return,
  • reason of return (Optional) ,
  • type of exchange or reimbursement: size change, money return or credit note as well as the
  • return process method of your choice.

For filling out the Return Form, you will have to log in to “My Account” and have the number of the Returning Order available.

2nd Step : «Return Acceptance»

The following working day of your return request, and if all details are correctly filled, you will receive by email from the customer service department entitled “Return Request Acceptance” with further instructions.

3rd Step : Shipping return

FratelliKarida.com enables you to choose between two return methods for your order.

Standard Return

You may return your order through standard shipping– via your local post office, at your expense, to the address indicated in the “Return Request Acceptance“ email you received by our customer service department.

Easy Return

Use UPS courier service for a fast and convenient product return:

1. Print the “UPS RS LABEL” consignment note that you received with the “Return Request Acceptance“ email from our customer support department.

2. Contact UPS courier service and arrange a pickup at your place of convenience.

3. Deliver the returning product package along with the UPS consignment note to the UPS employee.

The cost of using “Easy return” service is 30 Euro/ return and will be deducted from the refund

4nd Step : «Refund»

As soon as the package is returned to us, in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email, and the process of refunding (of your choice) will commence.

Please Note:

You are under duty to take appropriate and reasonable care of the goods you are about to send back and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them. Traceable and secure shipment is recommended and you must provide fratellikarida.com a copy of your shipping receipt or the tracking number of the package.

Regardless of the Return Service that you choose, the returning products must reach Fratelli Karida within twenty-eight (28) days of receiving the “Return Request Acceptance“ email, in order to continue with the Refunding process of your choice.

Returning product condition

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before you are certain you are keeping them. All items should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged box (as it is considered as part of the product) and in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. If your returns do not meet the conditions listed, FratelliKarida.com will not be able to issue the refund or exchange and the package will be sent back to you.

Delayed returns

The returning products must reach FratelliKarida.com twenty-eight (28) days of the day you received the “Return Request Acceptance” confirmation email from FratelliKarida.com customer care.

In case a product exceeds the expected ten (10) days of arrival, fratellikarida.com reserves the right of refund refusal. Late arrivals of returned products can be accepted at the discretion of FratelliKarida.com, but may only be refunded as a store credit.

  • Cash on Delivery Order Refund: FratelliKarida.com will wire transfer your refund, in collaboration with Alpha bank or EuroBank, to a Bank Account of your choice. In this case please enter your Bank Account details (Account holder, SWIFT code and IBAN code) on the Return Form. The transaction will be completed within 5 business days after receiving the refund confirmation mail.

Return service

FratelliKarida.com entitles you to return your order from your place of choice to FRATELLI KARIDA, free of charge, using the same courier service that delivered your initial order.

If so, you may contact the courier service used for delivering your order ( Geniki Tahidromiki / Speedex ) and arrange a pick up from a place of your choice, for return to Fratelli Karida (free of charge).
You can find detailed instructions in the “Return Request Acceptance” confirmation email you will receive once your request has been processed and accepted.

* Please note that the returning package should include a copy of your purchase receipt.

You may visit one of our stores with the product you wish to return, along with the purchase slip or invoice. There you can complete the return with our guidance and you will be provided with a return confirmation document for your safe keeping.
